Irving Hellman, born on December 21, 1912, in the USA, was an actor recognized for his role as Mr. Crowtray, the friendly neighbour in "Pee-wee's Big Adventure" (1985), who allowed Pee-wee to use his eccentric sprinkler to water the lawn.
