Ralf Dormann

Ralf Dormann grew up in Castrop-Rauxel as the son of a factory manager and a housewife and attended the Max-Born-Realschule there. From 1976 to 1979, he trained as an industrial mechanic. From 1980, he worked as a fitter at a steel company in Dortmund. At the same time, he trained for three and a half years at night school to become a master craftsman. He entered the porn industry in 1985 through a relationship with a porn actress. In the same year, he worked for the film producer Teresa Orlowski. This was followed by work as an actor for the companies Marc Dorcel, Hans Moser, Dolly Buster, Videorama, MMV, Goldlight Film, Carol Lynn and Orion. From 1988, he appeared in the industry as an independent producer. In the following two decades, he produced numerous porn films for German companies. His work also included production stays in Jamaica and Turkey. He is also the creator of the reality series Straßenflirt from the production company Magmafilm. In 2016, Dormann was imprisoned for tax evasion and released on parole in February 2017.
