Roberta Joseph Hayes
Biography
Roberta Joseph Hayes was born on June 9, 1966. She was a victim of serial killer Gary Ridgway, better-known as the "Green River Killer.". She was last seen on February 7, 1987, when she was released from the custody of the Portland, Oregon, Police Department after an arrest for prostitution. It was believed that she was headed back to Seattle. On September 11, 1991, more than four years after she was last seen, a Washington State Parks employee discovered Roberta's skeletal remains at the end of a dead-end dirt road
