Sydney Aldridge is an actress and established British casting director and member of the Casting Directors' Guild (CDG) and the Casting Directors Association (CDA). After starting her career as an actor, she transitioned into casting in 2015 and founded her own agency, Sydney Aldridge Casting, in 2018
