Poorly made crime-thriller with phoned-in performances by everyone involved, but especially Michael Chiklis and Bruce Willis, not surprising for the latter as this is what he's doing for the better part of a decade in these terrible direct-to-video movies where he makes $1 million for one day's work (and more often than not, mostly in one location).
