In a bleak and oppressive totalitarian society ruled by Big Brother, personal freedoms are nonexistent and surveillance is constant. Art is mocked and destroyed, and imagination is considered a serious illness. In this grim world, a brilliant mathematician engages in a forbidden romance with a colleague and learns about a secret resistance. He is faced with a choice - to join or betray it.

**"Big Brother is watching you"** A chilling (and sometimes hilarious) take on George Orwell's "1984". A mathematician starts to feel at odds with the Big Brother's dictatorship, and falls in love with a woman who is part of the secret uprising. Great musical score, wonderful actors.

**How many fingers do you see?** Great movie, very much different from the Michael Radford version. The protagonist, a brilliant mathematician, lives under the constant tyranny of Big Brother.
