80 years on, this only really serves as a bit of nostalgia for some of the Hollywood names and faces that were famous in the 1930s. Aside from Laurel & Hardy, and possibly Marlene Dietrich, I can't say I recognised too many of the caricatures of the folks who came to enjoy the picnic and proceeded to gorge themselves before. The animation isn't great nor are colours very vivid and despite a jolly ...
