Lope is a movie with a great cast and ambience placed in the golden age of the Spanish literature. However, it commits two important mistakes that share with another great production like "Alatriste". First, the story modifies substantiatly the real biography of the main character, trying to make the plot easier while mixing several episodes of his life. It doesn't work. Second, the main ...
