A skip tracer helps out a bail-jumper after her child is kidnapped by a group of ethno-nationalist thugs, of which her husband is a member, going by the name of Birthright. The baby is taken as leverage because, although initially oblivious, she has their money!

Enjoyable stuff. I could've perhaps done without the lead characters going the predictable way, but all in all I found this 1989 film featuring Clint Eastwood and Bernadette Peters to be entertaining. Old school movie classic. It's crazy to see how times have changed since then. It's worth a watch when you can't find anything.
