I would like to be fair with this movie. It isn't that it's depressing or bad. It's just on the dull side. Considering that it stars the Duke and Randolph Scott, one expects a lot more "activity". One doesn't have to have "action", but one needs "activity", and this semi Western is too much like a soap opera. It isn't a "guy movie".
