I always think that Marvel translate average comics into good movies and DC turn good comics into average ones. DCs depth always seems lost in (at least some of) their movies and this is one of them. This could (and should) have been a good film given the budget, casting and history. Maybe it was. But if studio execs say, 'action sells - cut the unprofitable soul', then you end up with this; h...
