Eddie dreams of becoming a bodybuilding champion and escaping rural Ohio. Determined to prove himself, he begins training under a renowned coach and dedicates his life to the demanding discipline of the sport. His ambitions, however, create tension at home—particularly with his deeply religious mother, who disapproves of the path he has chosen and the lifestyle surrounding the bodybuilding world. As he pushes his body and mind to the limit in pursuit of success, he must navigate family conflict, personal sacrifice, and the pressure to live up to expectations while chasing his dream.
